How to register
Pre-registration via the website will not be possible after March 20, 2013. After this date only on-site registration will be accepted. It is essential that the instructions for payment of all fees involved are strictly followed.
What does the registration fee cover?
Every delegate, including invited delegates and accompanying persons, must be registered.
Delegates
Admission to Scientific Programme, Exhibition, Congress Bag, Final Programme, Certificate of Attendance, Lunches, Coffee Breaks, Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception, Harbour Tour Rotterdam.
Accompanying persons
Opening Ceremony, Welcome Reception, all coffee breaks and all lunches. Not allowed to attend any of the sessions.
Payment
Registration fees are to be paid in Euro.

- Early registration will only apply when the payment is received on or before January 31, 2013.
- Late registration will apply when the payment is received between February 1, 2013 and March 20, 2013.
- Onsite registration fee will apply as of March 21, 2013.
* All prices are excluding 19% vat.
** To qualify for the student’s fee, the applicant’s registration must be accompanied by a letter from the academic institution confirming your student registration.
** Accompanying persons will not be allowed to attend the Scientific Sessions, only one accompanying person per delegate.
Cancellation of registration
The deadline for cancellation of registration is March 20, 2013. The Congress Organiser must be notified in writing of any cancellations. An administration fee of € 50.00 will be charged for all cancellations. Payments will be refunded after the Congress. Please note that no refunds can be made for cancellations after March 20, 2013. After March 20, 2013 registration via the website will not be possible and you are requested to register onsite at the Congress.
Insurance
The congress organiser cannot accept responsibility for accidents that might occur. Delegates are encouraged to obtain travel insurance (medical, personal accident and luggage) in their home country prior to departure.
